About the Speaker
Dr Allen Baird BA, PhD
Allen is a partner of Sensei Learning and Performance, specialising in management training and personal development. He also consults on business ethics, communication strategies and gender awareness. Allen is a qualified tutor at the University, an award winning public speaker, and author of articles on educational psychology and thinking skills.
